I cannot say enough good things about Apex Orthodontics, their doctors and their staff. I am nearing the finish line on my treatment and have always been greeted with friendly and helpful attitudes from everyone. Initial consultation I was given a tour and told exactly what my treatment would consist of. In house financing made it possible for my son and I to aim for beautiful smiles. Each visit is personable and the vibes are always positive. Dr Paul and Dr Aileen work together and make the treatment in line with my orthodontic needs at every visit. They are genuine with each individual and in my case they were patient with me when I didn’t want to wear my bands:) I mainly visit the Whittier office but recently visited their West Covina office and it was just as great with a lot of the same familiar faces. Offices are always clean and have the best music! My son just started his treatment and I will be glad to visit with the office throughout his journey as well.

We joined the Apex family in Whittier, Ca November 2018. I could not have made a better choice in trusting my son’s teeth in Dr. Kim. Dr. Kim and her staff is truly amazing. The office is clean and modern. The staff is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and bilingual! My son is excited to come to his appointment and eat some delicious warm cookies along with his younger sisters. It is exciting to see the positive progress on his teeth. I am excited to continue working with the Apex family. Thank you for the amazing job thus far!

Our dentist gave us three referrals for an orthodontist. After visiting all three and talking to each orthodontist, we decided to go with Apex - and we're glad we did! Dr(s). Kim and Lee are absolutely the best! They took their time talking to us and were extremely thorough in explaining the entire process. The office is very clean and patients are taken on time. The office staff is exceptional. Easy parking. The homemade cookies are a bonus! Highly recommend.

I had a terrific experience here. The admin and support staff are very friendly and accommodating. The team here have great communication and have been very thorough with me and my son. The doctors are very knowledgeable and make it a point to illustrate and outline all procedures before doing them. It has been a refreshing interaction and opportunity to build a relationship with a team of people that I will be overseeing my son’s “brace” experience. It really helps take the unknown and anxiety out of the process! Well done.
