Janine Lam5 StarDr. Chen has been my orthodontist since 2017. The total procedure took 2 yr 1 mo and the whole experience was great! Unlike other orthodontist, who has assistant adjusted the braces after initial visit, Dr. Chen always works on my braces himself and patiently explains all the questions I have. The staff are very friendly and skillful as well! After taking off the braces, I am super surprised to see how straight and aligned my teeth are. Now I still go to Dr. Chen for my retainer and he always makes sure I have my retainer on. Thank you Dr. Chen for your great work and I would definitely refer my friends to him!Friday 17th January 2020

Still wear my retainer from them from 8 years ago and Dr. Chen said he can fix a couple of small blemishes for free as well. Overall a great experience.Tuesday 22nd December 2020
