I have been coming here for years. Today is my last visit. The young lady that started cleaning my teeth was not the dental hygienist and she cut into my gums throughout my entire mouth. She thought I was 'sensitive' and I told her I don't have sensitive teeth but she was pinching into my gums. I didn't see how bad it was till I pulled out my phone to check my gums which I never had to do before. The young lady also would use the suction tool for the saliva build-up and leave the cleaning tool in my mouth at the same time; she must not know that the tool is poking my tongue/ inside of my mouth. The actual hygienist came in and finished up and I'm surprised she didn't say anything about how cut-up my gums were.

I went for a regular check up and cleaning. I have no dental issues any conditions. They took x-rays and the dentist checked my teeth and confirmed there are no issues. I wanted a regular cleaning, which they declined and recommended a deep-cleaning for $600+. I said I didnt need it at this time and walked out because they said everything else was covered by the insurance. I get an automated text message a week later with an invoice with no detail with amount of $700. I tried to call multiple different lines and no one answered and when they answered, they transfer me back and forth to a voice mail box. When I called to make an appointment, a person helped me out and answered a call right a way. When I called about an invoice, no one picked up after my first attempt and as soon as I mentioned 'invoice and billing issue' they transfered me and never took my call. Gold Coast dental is a big company and I wonder if this is how they do business. Dental services are vital for many and I am sure they aspire to provide good services. However, if this is the way how they do business when things need to be handled, they really need to look into it and investigate if this is their corporate-wide practices to ignore when things go wrong or Riverside branch staff issue. I hope they would look into this.

So they scammed me out of an extra thousand dollars, I was told in office that the price/loan for my treatment would be 2, 000$ Turns out i have been paying only one of two loans that they signed me up for. I called the office to see if it was a mistake and they said that it what i had agreed to. which is false, because the receptionist had me do the loan paper work for the original 2k loan. and a week later she called and said that the paperwork hadn't gone through due to technical issues. Asked me to come in to redo the paper work. In short, i was lied to and ended up signing up0 for another separate loan. Do not go here, they will scam you. Do not trust the receptionists, they are con artists in scrubs.

Very nice office staff. The dentist was very professional and I really felt like he cared about me and not trying to selling me on a full set of implants. I have horrible teeth the doctor was very honest about what could be done. I just took my wife today for a broken tooth and he got to work on it right away. A crown for 600 buck my last one cost me over 1400 at a different dentist

Today, Daniel helped me out over the phone with a few inquires I had. I was skeptical at first to call Gold Coast Dental but she made it a breeze. She went above and beyond with all the information that I needed and I will definitely be scheduling an appointment with them very soon. Ty!
