Super recommended! I'm writing this review to express my hope that this Diamond Bar branch can run long term, so I won't need to search for a new clinic in the future. Having been transferred from the other branch, I can confidently say that this branch is far superior. The environment was clean and cozy, with new equipment and plenty of treatment rooms, making for a comfortable visit. All previous clinics I visited were kind of old and traditional, but this one is modern and bright. I also felt reassured seeing all the licenses displayed on the wall. Dr. Bun was excellent--friendly, patient, and thorough in answering my questions. He provided a detailed explanation of my x ray pictures. The staff Rosa and the assistant, were incredibly welcoming and spoke both English and Chinese. Although I wish they could open earlier to accommodate with my busy schedules, they do have Saturday hours, which is a big plus. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for its top-notch care and friendly atmosphere.

I’m not sure how this place has so many good reviews. While the dental assistant was patient and professional, the doctor was very unprofessional. Before my cleaning, they didn’t even let me rinse my mouth, which I found unusual. Then they told me I had five cavities that needed filling, which didn’t match with the feedback I’ve received from previous dentists, as I clean my teeth twice a year and have never been told I had so many issues. They also recommended an antibiotic treatment that would cost $50, something none of my previous dentists ever suggested. The most concerning part was that they asked me to sign a form listing treatments and costs before I’d even received any of the work. When I refused, the doctor seemed annoyed and rushed through my cleaning. It was quick and felt incomplete, making me question whether they even cleaned all my teeth. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and possibly a scam. I wouldn’t recommend this office.

Gold coast dental is a fantastic clinic to get your teeth worked on. Rosa who has been assisting me is fantastic about explaining what needs to be done and very thorough. The facility is newer and very clean with a modern touch. Positive experience going with them and its really conveniently located in a shopping plaza.

am a patient of Gold Coast Dental. I would like to thank Miss ROSA at the front desk and Dr. Li, the dentist, for their considerate service and professional treatment. They relieved me of tooth pain in a short period of time and restored me to my previous condition. Their attitude of caring for patients is worthy of praise and admiration.
