Andrea Leon5 StarFirst time here and loved the experience. I love the hours and availability. I was able to get in next day for an ortho consult and early morning! Everyone was very informative from the assistants to the doctor to the financial lady. Will be getting braces at a very reasonable price!Saturday 1st June 2024
Laura Freeman5 StarI have always be terrified of going to the dentist. For the first time in my life I felt safe. Dr. Ali took so much time explaining what was to be done and assured me I'd be okay. I had a deep cleaning done by Gian with ZERO pain! I couldn't even feel the injection. He worked quickly and efficiently. My assistant Patty also went through her part doing xrays and making cute conversation to ease my worries. Grace on the paperwork/billing side made everything easy to understand explaining payment plans etc. Again during the extraction I felt NO PAIN at all. I feel so lucky to have been guided to this office...what a blessing!Thursday 30th May 2024
Megan Newell2 StarIf you are having an emergency and they schedule you an appointment don't get your hopes up for actual treatment and be prepared to wait. I am guessing it has to be drastic for them to do much in a same day appointment. I originally thought it was great that I got a same day appointment for my daughter who chipped her front tooth and we really wanted it fixed before school on Monday. I also wanted it evaluated to make sure it just needed a filling since she was in pain. Over the phone they said it could be fixed today as long as there wasn't a larger issue, they confirmed their wasn't. With this in mind we waited patiently an extra 30 minutes after our appointment time to get to a room and then for over 45 minutes to see the dentist. I had to explain why we were there to every person we saw and then the dentists first words were about two cavities she has. Before I could redirect us to her front tooth he finally noticed it and asked how long her front tooth had been chipped. I probably should have left then but we stayed and held out hope. At the end of his five minute evaluation he said he couldn't do it today but mentioned they were open on Sunday so I held out hope for a next day appointment. We waited an additional 15 minutes for the assistant to come back. She presented me the co-pay of $500 and appointment times for this coming week for the pediatric dentist. They said they would be unable to do anything today or tomorrow because the pediatric dentist isn't in on the weekends. They knew when taking my appointment that she was 9. The offered an appointment Monday to be re-evaluated (not treated). So, sounded like a repeat of what we just did with that dentist. How many visits before we fix the tooth she couldn't say. Unfortunately, their "emergency appointment" was 1.5 hours of waiting with about 5 minutes of actual time with a dentist and no resolution. If you are thinking about coming here for an emergency on the weekend I would look elsewhere. I am back to just waiting until my regular dentist opens on Monday. Instead we had the trauma of chipping a tooth, the loss of 1.5 hours waiting to get it fixed and are left waiting until Monday anyways. Good news is the appointment was free since we were first time customers but they took all my information so I am guessing my insurance will get a bill for this waste of time.Sunday 28th April 2024
Ashley Forman5 StarFirst and foremost, DO NOT go based off these bad reviews. I almost did not go here because of it, I’m glad I did not listen. When it comes to your bill it’s called asking for a receipt what they are charging you, everyone was amazing helpful and nice. It’s also called asking questions on what you’re being charged. Dr. Acosta is the man, I had a tooth extraction plus a root canal at the same time. I am on day 3 and healing wonderful. He was so gentle and kind during the procedure made sure I was comfortable at all times and talked me through it. I was extremely scared to say the least. This is definitely my dentist for a long timeSaturday 27th January 2024
m mairead4 StarI have been coming to this place for almost 8 years. I got my braces and continue to come here. The dentist and hygienist are very attentive. When it comes to financing you just have to be very careful.Saturday 18th November 2023
