Not only did Stefanie do an AMAZING job explaining all of the information over the telephone, but she also (without asking) sent me a follow up email minutes later covering everything we discussed. The Dentist and hygienist are also very personable and polite towards my children. I appreciate their kindness and would recommend this office. Like someone else had mentioned. The dentist here are fine, do good work, but the front desk and billing are horrible to deal with. But I won't go into detail. Also seems that they do not have clear communication, front desk with the dentist. My wife had made an appointment for my son to get his upper brackets installed after he had to get oral surgery to get some teeth removed. They show up, my son missed school my wife missed work, and all they did was check him after they clearly said they would install the day of. We can't afford to miss work and pay due to their incompetence. They need to work on their customer/patient communication skills.

The staff was Awesome! Dr. Santos and Johnny were great! My daughter is 7 and felt comfortable for her consultation. Was thankful for being informed regarding the phases of treatments, price and risk all were explained. The only thing I would complain was the waiting time but was informed they are short staffed. Johnny made up for it and is a great addition to the office he was multi-tasking the back office, receiving payments, booking appointments. So far we are well pleased with the services rendered.

The orthodontists here are fine, but the front desk & billing staff are extremely incompetent. My son's aligners cost $3900, but insurance covered $2500 of that. My portion (which was financed through OrthoFX/HFD) was $1400, and it was supposed to be financed over 12 months, so $117/month. Happy Teeth put in the FULL amount of $3900 and a month later I was billed $325, and that proceeded for 4 months, despite several attemps on my part to correct the issue. I called Happy Teeth, OrthoFX, the finance company HFD, several emails, voicemails, phone calls and finally 4 1/2 months later, I get an email from the finance company that the amount has been adjusted. I never got a call back from Happy Teeth, or an email back. Not even ONE reply! ONE MONTH after my emails and phone calls to Happy Teeth, my son had an appt and the girl at the front desk brings up the issue (mind you, it's already been resolved). When I told her it's been resolved, she says "well, you emailed us, so I'm just letting you know the situation" --- To me, that is terrible customer service. If a customer emails you, you should email back. If they call you and leave a voicemail, several times, you call back. To wait ONE MONTH, and then bring it up to me in person was stupid. And the information she was telling me was incorrect. I had spoken with the finance company multiple times already and they made the adjustment on their end. This girl apparently didn't know that this was possible. So, from an orthodontal care perspective, this office is probably fine. But if you're looking for a friendly and competent staff, I would definitely not come here.

We were very happy with our experience. The staff was always friendly and helpful in explaining each step, coordinating scheduling, and walking us through all cost details. I was always able to be with daughter through each appointment and engage in direct conversation with the doctor. Office hours were also always flexible for my work schedule and they send text message reminders which work perfectly for me since I'm rarely available to pick up a call with my work schedule.

Everyone in the office is friendly and respectful. Very professional environment eventhough they are super busy at all times, the employees are always with a smile and ready to help. The office is always clean and organized. Their scheduling reminders are helpful to keep up with the appointments. Great job you guys !!
