Best dentist in Rowland Heights. Super friendly staff. Thank you Cheryl (receptionist). Dr Lu only works 2 days a week but his son and his partner do an amazing job of servicing everyone for the day. Dentsl assistant Sandy was awesome. I had a infection the size of a golf ball in my mouth and some how they were able to take me in an emergency visit. I ended up needing 4 teeth taken out. I thought that it would be so painful but instead it wasn't as bad as I expected. Everytime I was uncomfortable the dentist took his time and took care of me. I don't like going to the dentist but I would highly recommend these people. Best part is they accept lots of different insurances. I will be back soon 👌

Great dentist, my mother has been coming here for years and I have as well for the last few. I think Dr. Lu's son is poised to take over the business but he has been excellent with me as well. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental assistants and the dentists themselves have been great, get a checkup if you're in the area.

I was givin misleading information about care I needed! I was lied to about what is covered by Medical; they either dont know what is covered or were trying to charge me for more for what is a covered procedure. I asked two other dentests and a Medical representative, all three told me to avoid this location. You should never be charged for services that are covered by Medical, it aginst CA law......?

I have been a patient here at Dr. Lu's dental practice for 9 years. I owe my smile to Dr. Lu and his professional expertise. I have also been making my appointments and have been greeted by Dr. Lu's top of the line receptionist, Cheryl, who is always so patient and polite on the phone and in person. If anyone reading this review dislikes novacaine shots as much as I do, Dr. Lu is the dentist for you! Dr. Lu seems to have a magical technique , or he's just really good at making those shots as close to painless as I've had them be....I'm not saying I look forward to the shots now, I'm saying that Dr. Lu is the only dentist I would want to administer such an injection....ugghhh...a giant needle in one's mouth! Somehow Dr. Lu has made the shots bearable . All of these points I've just made add up to Dr Lu's being the best Dental office I've experienced. 😆

I can't say enough about how amazing Dr. Kevin Lu is I wanted to see Dr. Kevin for a 2nd opinion as the 1st Dentist who will remain unnamed advised me after having 1 tooth extracted that was unsalvageable that possibly I had 3 more that would also need to be extracted. As someone that is over 50 and have always taken care of my teeth with visits to my regular dentist twice a year (different Dentist than the other) however with a loss of Dental Insurance in 2016 and some changes in my health things drastically changed for me. I was still perplexed by this information of possibility needing 3 more teeth extracted. Not only did Dr Kevin explain everything to me in terms I could understand. He made sure to detail every possible scenario that could arise. He is professional and very caring even though he had many other patient's he never once rushed me or rushed through any of his explanations. I honestly felt like he genuinely cared about me and my case!! Which is a very rare quality these days. I did still have to have 2 additional extractions but that is 1 less than the other Dentist predicted. Dr. K also explained the 3 possible options to replace the missing teeth. Taking into consideration cost, time and comfort over the long run. He let me decide what was best for ME..not Him. I highly recommend Dr. Kevin..he is wonderful as is his staff!!! Cheryl and Sandy in the front office.. Amanda, Karina that work in the back closely with Dr. Kevin are thorough and very professional..Thank you all for such an excellent experience. 💖
