Dr. Bangsil’s staff made me very comfortable on my visit and previous visits. They are very friendly, kind, courteous, respectful and very professional. The hygienist made me feel at ease and did a very good job. My fear of going to the dentist has lessened. Great customer service. I’m very impressed. .

I’ve always had an amazing experience from this office and they have gone above and beyond to ensure I get the best care possible. I had several very expensive, unnecessary and frustrating experiences from other dentists once I moved areas but thankfully I was referred to this office. Every member of their staff is wonderful and extremely personable, and Dr. Bangsil is no exception. She has treated my teeth for over 6 years and has always been exceptional and attentive from day one - I cannot say enough positive things about this office or their staff! I have been going to Dr Lea's office for more than 30 years. I always come home confident that I got the best service not just from her but from the whole staff. The attention they give as soon as you check in to the details when they present the treatment plan is impeccable. I fon't ever get that feeling of selling a treatment that is not necessary that you find in a lot of businesses now.

The experience here at Smile Big Dentistry has been nothing less than spectacular. There are very few words that can describe Dr. Bangsils work ethic and brilliant skills and talent. I’m so happy that I found the perfect dental office for my needs and more important the needs of my children. I have been coming here well over 10 years and I could not imagine going anywhere else. In addition to having a great doctor, staff is awesome. Where should I start? Well, Larry is the funnest person on the planet. Ruby is super professional and great with insurance and treatment plans. I’m so blessed to have them all in my life here at the dental office. Love you guys, thank you for everything.
