I was in need of straightening my upper teeth and made an appointment to see Dr. Eugene. During our appointment, Dr. Eugene pointed out my teeth protrusion, which I had always assumed it was genetics. However, he assured me that he could address it! I had braces years before and my previous orthodontist who failed to not only inform me that my teeth would protrude after braces, he even failed to correct my overbite. However, Dr. Eugene has been honest from the start and addressed all issues before proceeding. That way I was able to understand what exactly he was doing to help my smile. He not only promised to rectify the problem but also successfully corrected my overbite. I had believed that my previous smile was permanent, but now, thanks to Dr. Eugene's expertise, my smile surpasses all expectations. I urge anyone considering braces to choose wisely and opt for quality treatment from the start. Dr. Eugene Kim's professionalism and results speak for themselves – don't hesitate to trust him with fulfilling your orthodontic needs RIGHT the first time.

Had such a great experience at Upright Orthodontics! Staff were friendly and helped accommodate reschedules due to conflicts that came up on my end. Eugene made sure to do all the tests and scans to get me my new retainers.

We started coming here after they referred me away for a surgery and because they were so helpful and nice I had to come back for whatever treatment they could offer… my son is now halfway thru his race journey and I could not be happier! My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Eugene Kim. Let me start off by saying that he is one of the most sweetest and respectful provider I have met. I work in healthcare and when it comes to providers, it’s hard to find someone who is actually caring and invested in giving the best quality care for there patients. Well, Dr. Eugene, he’s amazing! He’s compassionate, so kind, and very invested in making sure his patients have all their questions answered, reassures them about the options and procedures that can be taken for their treatment, and makes sure that the patient is at ease and comfortable with their treatment. My husband came in for an ortho consult and was concerned about having several teeth removed for the procedure (because he had a consult w/ another provider and they told him he had to get his teeth removed) but we got a second opinion from Dr. Eugene and he gave him OPTIONS: to have the extractions + braces OR get braces and do a non-extraction treatment to try to preserve all his teeth. Dr. Eugene took the time to explain to him what either process would be like, the timeline, and made sure my husband felt comfortable with the decision of his treatment. I loved that Dr. Eugene was very personable and asked me if I had any concerns regarding my husband’s treatment, he even took the time to also include me and explain the process of what the treatment for my hubbs would be like. My husband is now an ortho patient of Dr. Eugene’s and we’re excited to see what the end results will be, but have no doubt that they will be great, thanks to Dr. Eugene Kim. If you are considering getting ortho, I wholeheartedly 10000% recommend getting your treatment done with Dr. Eugene! You will be in the best hands!
