this place is awful, me and my daughter were the only ones there and they took forever to call us, then left forever sitting in the chairs in the back while they stood around gossiping. they wernt friendly what so ever, except the guy taking the x-rays, he was friendly. the girls in the back rude, not very helpful or informative.

I keep trying to give this place a chance. It's in my city & it's convenient. But unfortunately it just keeps letting me down. I have braces with Western Dental and I have never missed an appointment, I also paid my braces in full. I was told I would be removing my braces January 2024. When I arrived at my appointment in January they told me I wouldn't remove my braces now, until March 2024. One of the workers told me that they usually like to break the contract because they want more money and will keep people longer to charge more and to not them do that to me. Today February 2024 I sat in my chair, & they asked me to go get a scan but never gave me a scan (where they measure for a retainer. Instead they changed my rubber bands & sent me on my way. The front office told me they wouldn't be able to see me until April 2024 and I will get my braces off May 2024. I was frustrated, I could not believe how it would take an additional 5 more months for the removal. I asked to speak to the manager and she bumped it up back to March, but I still will not remove my braces until April. I have two young boys who I would have brought here for braces but now I will be taking them for a better experience. I can't wait to be done with this place.

The dentist who did my deep cleaning was very kind and she was gentle yet worked at a good pace so I was out of there in a timely manner. After the deep cleaning she took the time to explain something's to me and answer any questions I had. This was my third visit and I am very pleased so far.

Awful Experience.in 2020, I had a root canal procedure only to find out they worked on the wrong tooth. I had to make a complaint for malpractice. To make things worst, they over charged me $1,800. Manager very rude as well. Worst experience ever!!!!!!

I was going to the western dental location off Whittier Blvd in the city of Whittier CA. I want to start off saying that this location needs to retrain there front desk and one of the Endodontist drs there because she did a horrible job on my root canal and she put me on a temporary crown and left me in pain. It’s been more then 3 weeks that I have been waiting for my permanent crown for them to tell me the day of my appointment today at 430pm that they have no idea what’s going on with my case. They don’t even call you to let you know not to come in. I had to leave work early for nothing. This is really frustrating that staff at this location are so unprofessional. Never coming back to this location again.
